InMente - Islands of memory is the videogame adaptation of the novel

by Carlo Alianello. A video game inspired by the life of the Italian writer and screenwriter, born in Rome but of Lucanian origins. A narrative puzzle game in the form of an interview, which moves between the islands of memory: a journey in stages through the fragments of a past that it is up to the player to find and recompose. The islands of memory are spaces suspended in the void that belong to Alianello's memories, scenarios inspired by reality but recomposed according to the surreal and dreamlike logic of the mind. Cauldrons of objects, characters and situations in which drops of words are hidden and mixed with images.

Each drop is associated with a very short quote from the novel which the game is inspired by. Collecting them all allows you not only to retrace the most important stages of Alianello's lively life, but also to unlock the most significant objects that belonged to the writer and today preserved at the Carlo Alianello Fund in Tito, in the province of Potenza.
